A number of canges have been proposed for a property located near a well-known North Kildare site.
Planning permission is being sought from Kildare County Council for Pebble Hill House, Dunboyne Road, Maynooth.
The applicants, Susan and Feargal Barton, are seeking permission for the change of use of former cattle byre and store as accommodation ancillary to the main house.
The main house consists of: kitchen and living area, recreational room, home office, one bedroom and two WCs.
Permission is also being sought for: the reinstatement of blocked door open to north elevation and insertion of timber framed glazed door, the replacement of shed doors with new glazed timber doors, the nsulation of the roof, breathable insulation to interior face of external walls and a full renewal of building services.
According to the application, the outbuildings are within the curtilage of Pebble Hill House, which is a protected structure.
The date received is listed as January 25 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as February 28 and March 20 respectively.
