The death has occurred of Joseph (Joe Jnr) Butler

Naas, Kildare.

February 17, 2024, (suddenly), Joseph (Joe Jnr), beloved son of Joseph and Bernadette.

Sadly missed by his loving parents, brothers Thomas and John, uncles, aunts, sisters-in-law Emma and Jenny, nephews Ciaran and Joshua, niece Caoimhe, relatives, neighbours and friends.

The death has occurred of Mary Wright (née Kavanagh) 

Clonuff, Broadford, Kildare.

The death has occurred of Mary Wright (nee Kavanagh) in Walsall, England, formerly of Clonuff, Broadford, County Kildare, loving daughter of the late Joe and Rosie Kavanagh.

Pre deceased by her son Joe and her brothers Jim, Tom and Ger.

Deeply regretted by her husband Stan, daughter Vicky, sons Edwin and Stanley, grandchildren, great grandchildren, son in law, daughter in law, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and her many wonderful friends.

May Mary Rest in Peace.

Mass will be offered for the repose of Mary's soul on Sunday, February 25 at 11am in St Mary's Church, Broadford.

The death has occurred of Timothy (Cliff) Clifford

Kilcullen, Kildare / Tallaght, Dublin / Castleisland, Kerry.

Late of The Irish Defence Forces – February 17, 2024, (peacefully), surrounded by his loving family, at St James Hospital, Timothy (Cliff), beloved husband of Teresa and dear father of David and Jennifer.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughter, daughter-in-law Anita, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren Sophie, Kyle, Saoírse, Cian and Eoin, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. 

Reposing on Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm at Murphy Brothers Funeral Home, Church Lane, Naas, W91 VY71.

Removal on Thursday to the Church of the Sacred Heart and St Brigid, Kilcullen arriving for 11am Mass.

Funeral immediately afterwards to St Brigid’s Cemetery. Enquiries to Murphy Brothers Funeral Directors, Church Lane, Naas. Ph: 045 897397.

Morristown, Newbridge, Kildare

Formerly of Piercetown, Newbridge, County Kildare.

Peacefully at Naas Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Grandad of the late Sarah and Laura, brother of the recently deceased Raymond.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Eileen, son William, daughter Sandra, beloved grandsons Séan, Cián and Liam, adored great granddaughter Aria, daughter in law Sylvia, son in law John, sister Pauline, brother Joe (Odie), sister in law Betty, brother in law Jim, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Glennons Funeral Home, 32 Main Street, Newbridge from 4pm on Tuesday with Rosary at 7pm.

Reposing on Wednesday from 4pm with removal at 5.30pm to arrive at St Conleth's Parish Church, Newbridge at 6pm.

Funeral mass on Thursday morning at 11am followed by burial in St Conleths Cemetery, Newbridge.

The death has occurred of Patrick (Paddy) Dunne

Beechgrove, Rathangan, Kildare.

February 19, 2024 (peacefully) at Naas Hospital.

Predeceased by his wife Mary.

He will be sadly missed by his family, Nigel, Edward and Margaret, his loving grandchildren and sisters, daughters in law June and Juliana, his nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May He Rest in Peace.

Reposing at his home on Wednesday (February 21) from 3pm to 8pm with rosary at 7.30pm.

Funeral Mass on Thursday morning at 11 o'clock in the church of the Assumption and St Patrick, Rathangan, followed by burial in Cloncrane Cemetery, Clonbullogue County Offaly.

The death has occurred of Catherine McNamee (née Adams)

Derrinturn, Carbury, Kildare.

Late of Ticknevin, Carbury. Unexpectedly at home.

Predeceased by her son Jason, parents Kathleen and Edward, brothers Charles and Edward.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family, husband Oliver, son Damien and his wife Teresa, sister Carol, aunts Gwen and Annie, brothers in law, sister in law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.

Confey, Leixlip, Kildare / Leinster Cottages, Maynooth, Kildare.

February 18, 2024 (peacefully) at her residence and surrounded by her family.

Agnes, beloved wife of Brendan, dear mother of Vincent, Brendan, Annette, Deirdre and the late Nuala, devoted grandmother of Sarah, Susie, Amy, Emma, Emily, Ciara, Darragh, Hector, Aaron, Eric and great-grandmother of Luke, Lexie and Ned.

Sadly missed by her loving family, sister Brid, son-in-law Mark, daughters-in-law Berna and Ann Marie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. 

Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Cunningham's Funeral Home Lucan on Wednesday evening from 5pm to 7pm.

Removal to the Church of St Charles Borromeo, Confey on Thursday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in Confey Cemetery.
