A candlelit vigil to show solidarity with Palestinians affected by the current Palestine-Israel war will take place outside of Naas Courthouse.
Commenting on the upcoming event, a representative for the Kildare-Palestine Solidarity Campaign (KPSC) told the Leinster Leader: "The KPSC are holding a candlelit vigil outside the Naas Courthouse on March 7 from 7pm to 8pm, the eve of International Women’s Day, and to show solidarity with the women, men and children of Palestine who are facing starvation and relentless bombing.
"Please bring a candle or the candle app on your phone."
The representative added that there will be music, speakers, and information on Palestine available on the night.
"All are welcome, please come along and show your support," the representative concluded.
