For context, CALF refers to Capital Acquisitions Leasing Fund, which is a fund from the Department of Housing to enable Approved Housing Bodies to finance home building, and CAS refers to the Capital Assistance Scheme, which is a fund for housing of priority groups, such as the elderly and homeless people.
