A burglary incident which occurred at a property situated in Monasterevin has prompted a garda investigation.
When asked about the incident by the Leinster Leader, a spokesperson for An Garda Síochána said: "Gardaí are investigating a burglary that occurred at house in Monasterevin, County Kildare, on March 4, 2024 between 6pm and 9pm.
"A sum of cash was taken from the property.
"No arrests have been made."
The spokesperson also said: "Investigations are ongoing."
