Three wells with links to County Kildare are set to feature in a brand-new TG4 documentary exploring Ireland's myths and legends.
According to a producer behind the show: "Presented by host Manchán Magan, 'Ag Triall ar an Tobar' is a new six-part documentary series that dives into the myths and legends associated with Ireland’s Holy wells, and asks what is it about these therapeutic landscapes that retain a presence in today’s world?
"In each episode, Manchán uncovers holy wells that have been sites of worship and prayer for centuries and are still visited today for those seeking comfort and peace.
"Where have these rituals come from and who are the people that keep these traditions alive?"
Episode 3, which will air on March 28, will feature two segments on Tobar Bhríde, Cill Dara, while episode 5, which will air on April 11, will feature a segment on Father Moore's Well.

'Ag Triall ar an Tobar' wil premiere on Thursday, March 14 at 8pm on TG4, and will subsequently air every Thursday evening until April 18.
