PICTURES: Naas Musical Society wraps up latest stellar performance at Moat Theatre

The cast saw out a tremendous production of 9 to 5

The curtain has come down on yet another superb production by Naas Musical Society, 9 to 5, which was staged at The Moat Theatre, Naas last week.

Under the direction of Sharon McNamara, Musical Director Maireád McKenna and Choreographer Grace McGrath, the fabulous trio were responsible for creating this smash hit musical at the Moat Theatre.

Those at Naas Musical Society have said: "Thank you to everyone involved in putting the production together. Costumes, Katie O’Connell and Orla Murphy; backstage, Bob O’Kelly and his crew; front of house, Teresa Daly and her team; set designer, Claire O’Reilly; props, Sharon Ryan and Shane Byrne; PR Team, Aishling Byrne and Charlene Masterson; hair, Margaret O’Connor; mic dressers, Gaynor Murphy and Max O’Neill; to name a few.

"Not forgetting the dedicated committee who have worked all year round – (Mona Conroy, Shane Byrne, Jim O’Reilly, Teresa Daly, Aishling Byrne, Sharon Ryan, Teresa Donohoe, Katie O’Connell and Orla Murphy). Huge thank you to the cast of 9 to 5 for their hard work and dedication over the past three months."

The society would also like to thank the people of Naas and wider community for their ongoing support.

Naas Musical Society PRO, Aishling Byrne, added: “We were blown away by the support of the local community near and far and would like to pass on our gratitude to everyone who came to see our show.” A special mention to our main sponsor Ger Roche from The Roche Group along with Kildare County Council with whom our show would not have been stage this year.”
