A brand-new medical centre could be on the way for Newbridge.
A retention planning permission application currently with Kildare County Council shows that one Dr Abdul Rashid is seeking permission to construct the centre on Edward Street (specifically, at W12 PN80).
Dr Rashid is seeking a change of use from a retail unit granted under ref 06/892 to medical centre as constructed, along with new signage to front of building.
He is also seeking permission for all associated site development works.
The date received on the application is listed as March 27 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as April 30 and May 21 respectively.
