Gardaí based in County Kildare an investigating an alleged incident of assault which occurred near Naas.
When asked by the Leinster Leader about the incident, a garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí in Naas are investigating an alleged assault that occurred in Donore, Naas, County Kildare on the morning of Sunday, July 14, 2024."
"Investigations are ongoing," the spokesperson added.
