A car has been seized by gardaí who were operating in Kill.
The official Garda Traffic account on X / Twitter explained: "We stopped this car in Kill over the weekend.
"It was found that the driver was an unaccompanied learner with no insurance, tax or L-plates.
"The car was seized."
The account added: "Proceedings are to follow."
