Changes are being sought for a service station located in South Kildare.
Amber Petroleum Limited intends to make the changes to Inver Service Station, which is located on Woodstock Street in Athy, according to the application.
The company is seeking permission from Kildare County Council for the 'demolition of 43 square metres of the existing single-storey ancillary accommodation to rear of existing retail shop, and for the construction of a new 76sqm single-storey extension to rear of existing retail shop consisting of office space, sanitary facilities, circulation and back of house areas.'
Permission is also being sought for a new covered bin store to rear of new extension.
The development would also include all ancillary site works and services.
The date received is listed as July 31 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as September 3 and September 24 respectively.
According to the business information website SoloCheck.ie, Amber Petroleum Ltd was established in December of 1998.
It also trades under a number of names, including: Amber Service Station, Glounthane Slieverue Junction, Amber Oil and Greenenergy Ireland.
