LATEST: 29 new homes being built in €5m project in South Kildare
Kildare Co Council grants planning permission
Approval has been granted for 29 new homes in Ballitore village.
A decision to grant planning permission was issued by Kildare County Council to Kestorra Limited.
The estimated construction value of the project is over 45m.
The 29 dwellings consist of:
- eight apartments in two 2-storey blocks
- eight terraced houses in two 2-storey terrace blocks
- ten semi-detached 2-storey houses
- and three detached houses
The development also consists of a new recessed vehicular entrance.
The plans include individual bin/bike stores for each apartment and mid-terrace units.
