The unauthorized taking of a vehicle from a region in Newbridge is currently under investigation by Kildare gardaí.
When asked by the Leinster Leader about the incident,a garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí are aware of an unauthorized taking of a vehicle at Francis Lane / Frances Lane, Newbridge, County Kildare on August 11, 2024 at approximately 7pm.
"No arrests have been made."
The spokesperson added: "Investigations are ongoing."
