Road resurfacing works are due to commence at a school located in Naas, according to Kildare County Council.
The council explained: "Road resurfacing works will be commencing at Lacken View as part of the Safe Routes to School Scheme at Holy Child National School, Ballycane, Naas, from August 17, 2024 for an approximate one-week period.
"Temporary Traffic management will be in place during these works."
"Kildare County Council apologises for any inconvenience," the council added.
