Gardaí have renewed their appeal to the public for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of John Keaveney, who has been missing for a year.
Mr Keaveney went missing from the McCurtain Street area of Cork city between midnight and 12:30am on Monday August 21, 2023.
John is described as being approximately 5 foot 9 inches in height with a slim build. He is bald and has brown eyes.
The last sighting of John was walking down toward Centre Park Road / Marina Area of Cork city. He was wearing a pair of navy trousers, a grey Umbro hoodie with the Irish soccer logo and white runners (as seen in the photograph provided with this press release).
Gardaí and John's family are very concerned for his welfare.
