People living in County Kildare need to be told more about what needs to be done to combat climate change.
Newbridge councillor Noel Heavey said Kildare County Council should provide more information about the measures being taken and those needed for “climate control.”
He said the council needs to make clear explanations to people living in the county.
KCC official Marian Higgins said the council’s climate action officers are on the ground working with local communities.
She said the officials are “very conscious of the need for behavioural change.”
