Premises located in County Kildare business park subject of burglary

The burglary occurred between August 21 last and August 22 last.

A premises located in a County Kildare business park was the subject of a burglary incident.

The burglary was discussed by Garda Lenny Donnelan of Kilcock and Carbury Garda Stations when he appeared on KFM yesterday.

Gda Donnelan said the incident took place between 3.30pm on Wednesday, August 21 last and 11am on Thursday, August 22 last.

According to Gda Donnelan, the premises, which is located in Clane Business Park, was entered by the suspect[s] via a window, and a quantity of power tools were taken from the site.

He concluded by asking anyone with information about the incident to contact Clane Garda Station on 045 868 262.

When asked by the Leinster Leader about the incident, a garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí are aware of a burglary that occurred at a business premises in Clane, County Kildare between August 21 and August 22, 2024.

"A number of items were taken.

"No arrests have been made."

"Investigations are ongoing," the spokesperson concluded.
