A female Naas District Court defendant has been accused of assaulting her ex-partner.
Gardaí told Judge Desmond Zaidan about the allegation on Thursday, September 19 last.
The defendant did not attend the court session.

Judge Zaidan adjourned the case to February of 2025 to allow time for directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions to be prepared.
In addition, the judge remanded the woman on continuing bail until the case resumes.
