Demolition and construction works proposed for business park situated in Naas, County Kildare

Demolition and construction works have been proposed for a business park located in Naas.

A planning permission application lodged with Kildare County Council shows that Provimi Ireland Limited is seeking to make the changes to an area which is situated in the Monread Industrial Estate on the Monread Road in Naas.

The applicant intends 'to demolish the existing bulk off-loading building, existing grinder building and two existing silos', and 'to build a new bulk off-loading building, new grinder building, access stairs and four new silos.' 

Permission is also being sought for 'all other associated equipment and site works at the north east side of the existing facility'.

The date received is listed as September 26 last.

The submission-by and due dates are listed as October 30 and November 20 respectively.

According to the business information website vision-net.ie, Provimi Ireland Ltd was established in 1981.

It has an address listed as 3 Dublin Landings, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, County Dublin.
