Demolition of fire-damaged house in Newbridge, County Kildare proposed

Planning permission is being sought to allow for the demolition of fire-damaged house in Newbridge.

Applicant Gerard Halligan is seeking permission from Kildare County Council to demolish Number 13 in Walshestown Abbey, Newbridge.

The description of the application notes that Mr Halligan intends to demolish the existing fire-damaged house, in addition to reconstructing the two-storey house, with minor internal alterations with additional floor area to the Rear (north-west) Elevation and Side (north-east) Elevation.

The date received is listed as October 11 last.

The submission-by and due dates are listed as November 14 and December 5 respectively.
