A new café is being planned
A new coffee shop is being planned in Kildare.
A planning application on the matter was submitted to Kildare County Council by Jacaranda Homes Limited.
Being planned is the change of use from a butcher shop at Unit 5 in River Forest Shopping Centre to a coffee shop.
Also in the designs is a new shop-front, a new shop sign and all associated site works.
The total floor area is 77 square metres.
The estimated construction value of the project is over €100,000.
