Man arrested after fight erupts in Naas Courthouse

A woman alleged Naas District Court that her ex-partner “is following me everywhere.”

The woman claimed he is threatening her and he is blackmailing her.

She also claimed that the man, who was not present for the hearing and was not represented, said he would take their child.

She also said she is a public servant and he allegedly  threatened to say that she is a child abuser.

Judge Desmond Zaidan said he would “reluctantly” grant an interim protection order. He adjourned the case to May 12 next.
