A proposed housing scheme of 25 properties is being planned for Rathangan.
The estimate construction value of the project is over €5m, according to the Construction Information Services database.
A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council by Oakway Homes.
A total of 25 dwellings are being proposed at Millview Demesne.
Included in the plans are:
Access is proposed through existing Millview Demesne housing development previously granted planning permission.
Also in the plans are internal access roads and footpaths.
