Planning permission has been granted to Dubh Or Enterprises Limited for the construction of 17 residential dwellings at Rickardstown, Newbridge W12 K220, Co. Kildare.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), a decision to grant planning permission for the €4.8m development was issued by Kildare County Council on December 6 2024.
The proposed development consists of 17 residential dwellings comprising: four four-bed semi-detached two-storey dwellings; two four-bed semi-detached three-storey dwellings; six four-bed end-terrace three-storey dwellings; three four-bed mid-terrace three-storey dwellings; and two two-bed mid-terrace two-storey dwellings.
The works are to include the closure of existing vehicular access point to the application site and the creation of new vehicular access off the Roseberry Hill road, ancillary internal access roads, infrastructure, and all associated site and development works and services.
