18 new residential units have been planned for Sallins, Co Kildare.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), four apartments (one one-bed, one three bed and two two-bed) and 14 houses (eight three-bed and six four-bed) have been planned for Sallins Wharf and Sallins Pier, Sallins, Co Kildare.
A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council on December 18 2024.
Included in the plans is a new vehicular access from Sallins Pier; a new pedestrian access from Oberstown Drive; amendments to parking layout; provision of a bin store and four sheltered bike storage structures and all associated works.
The proposal includes all associated hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, footpaths and all ancillary works above and below ground.
The architects for the proposed project are McGrane & Partners.
