Work is expected to begin in January on four new homes in Robertstown.

Kildare County Council granted permission in 2019 for the construction of the three-bed, two-storey townhouses with attic conversions at Robertstown East.

The properties will be built in two blocks with eight parking spaces.

The estimated construction value of the project is over €800,000, according to Construction Information Services database.

The properties have a total floor area of over 540 square metres.

The construction is expected to take up to 12 months.
