Works are expected to commence in January 2025 on the construction of four three-bed, two-storey townhouses with attic conversions at Robertstown East, Naas, Co Kildare.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), a decision to grant planning permission was issued by Kildare County Council on August 16 2019 for the construction of four three-bed, two-storey townhouses with attic conversions in two blocks.
Included in the plans is provision for eight parking spaces with foul drainage connections to the public mains, on-site surface water treatment and all associated and ancillary site and ground works.
The main contractor for the project is Lily Construction Limited.
