Works are expected to commence this month on the construction of three dormer style houses at Blackstick Place, Prosperous, Naas, Co Kildare.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), the plans include the construction of three dormer style homes (two three-bedroom semi-detached houses and one three-bedroom detached house).
There will also be connection to the public foul and surface water drainage systems and all associated ancillary site works.
A decision to grant planning permission was issued by Kildare County Council on May 2 2023 to MA Tudor Investments Limited for: the demolition of an existing shed; construction of the three dormer style houses and connection to the public foul and surface water drainage systems and all associated ancillary site works.
The client is Lily Construction Limited and the architects are Drumcooley Studio Limited and Cross Chartered Building Surveyor.
