Works are underway on the construction of a detached, four-bedroom dormer dwelling in Clongownagh, Milltown, Newbridge (W12 HX93).
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), the works form part of an €809k development at the site.
A decision to grant planning permission was issued by Kildare County Council on September 16 2024 to Proinsias de Paor for the construction of two detached, four-bedroom, dormer dwellings.
Also included in the plans are two on-site effluent treatment systems and percolation areas, surface water to soak aways, shared recessed vehicular entrance and all associated site works.
According to CIS, the understanding is that the promoter is expected to oversee works privately.
The architects for the project are O'Loughlin Architects Limited.
