Planning sought for 133 new houses on massive site in Kildare

A new €27m proposed development near Kilcock

Over 130 homes are being planned in a €27m proposed development near Kilcock. 

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council by Dunform Properties Limited trading as Westin Homes for a large-scale residential development on a 3.43 hectare site at Branganstown East, Kilcock.

Being proposed are 133 residential dwellings, 142 car parking spaces and 68 bicycle parking spaces.

A public open space extending to 4,700 square metres is also in the designs.

The proposed construction project is being planned in three phases.
