The woman also claimed that the man watches her movements in the area where she lives and to and from places she visits.
The woman asked if the man would be allowed to stay and added “I have no home to go to.”
She added: “He lives in my premises and won’t leave”. She also claimed that his name is not on a document relating to the property.
Judge Desmond Zaidan granted an interim protection order and said he would get the gardaí to serve the order on her ex partner.
He told the woman that if he breaks the terms of the order he will be brought before the court.
The judge adjourned the case to June 24.
