North Kildare Gardaí are seeking information on a robbery during Cash in Transit at a bank this week. 

A worker at Cash in Transit was approached when exiting the van to deposit cash to the bank  at Main St, at 11am, on Wednesday, May 15, last.

The worker, a man in his 40s,  was approached when exiting the van to deposit cash to the bank.

A large sum of money was taken in this robbery. A male fled the scene on foot and a car was later found burnt out at Pebble Hill Estate, Maynooth. No arrests have been made, no persons were injured and investigations are ongoing.
