New homes in Newbridge go on view this weekend

A home in The Paddocks

The Paddocks development is in the heart of bloodstock breeding and racing country - it's located on the outskirts of Newbridge, near the Curragh.

Montane Developments, which launched the Station Road scheme in 2017, is building 200 properties at the site.

A second phase of 30 two and three-bed houses was released in early May, and there are still 16 homes available from that tranche.

Prices start at just €255,000 for a 932 sq ft, two-bed semi-detached house.

Three-bed semis measuring 1,152 sq ft cost from €277,000, while three-bed detached houses ranging in size from 1,279 sq ft to 1,293 sq ft are priced from €315,000.

The DDA Architects-designed development has a mix of façades, namely a full-brick front elevation or a monocouche render finish that adds variety to the streetscapes.

Inside, each contemporary-style kitchen comes with soft-close doors and drawers.

The A3-rated houses are equipped with a heat pump for the heating system and a demand-controlled ventilation system that removes moisture in the air from cooking or showering.

Viewings of the showhouses at The Paddocks will take place tomorrow, between 12pm and 1.30pm.
