Network Ireland Kildare Branch Awards

The Kildare Branch of the Network Ireland Business Woman of the year Awards were held on Friday 24th in Tulfarris Hotel and Golf Club.  
Our event was held in association with LEO Kildare, our official partner AIB and our media partner Kildare Post.


This Gala event commenced with a Prosecco and Canape reception followed by a three course meal, the awards ceremony and then dancing until the early hours of the morning with 52nd Street. 

 

Network Ireland Kildare Branch is one of sixteen Network Ireland branches. Each year, every branch hosts their local business awards for set categories. The winners of the Kildare Awards were:

 

1.     Emerging New Business Award – Jane Asple, Emma by Jane

2.     Small SME Award – Less than 10 – Noreen Doyle, Irish Biltong

3.     Employee – Rising Star – Margaret Mary McGrath, Kerry Group

4.     Employee – Shining Star – Anita Meenahan, Mangans Pharmacy

5.     Arts Category Award – Jill O’Meara, Jill O’Meara Photography

6.     STEM – Eileen Keane, Monread CRM

 

 

The winners will now go forward to interview in September & represent Kildare at the national finals in Cork on September 27th where Network Ireland will also host their annual conference. 


 

Network Ireland Kildare Branch President Emma Murphy commented: With record entries this year the judges had a tough job on their hands, Entries
were from a diverse range of businesses and it was fantastic to see so many enter. A huge congratulations to all the winners. We had some highly commended & “Ones to watch” awards too, so a very exciting night for all involved. Laura Maher, Kildare Branch 2019 Awards coordinator did an amazing job ensuring the process ran smoothly for all our applicants. 

The night itself was a huge success with lots of fun, social networking & connections made too so we would like to thank all our members and guests for making it a memorable night. 

Our next event for the Kildare Branch is a Summer Networking Event on June 18th in Kilbarri Cookery School where members and non members will enjoy a cookery demonstration and then enjoy the meal while networking and making new connections.  Tickets are €35 for members or €40 for non members and can be booked through www.networkireland.ie/events  places are limited so book your tickets today!
