Kildare gardai are investigating a raid on a house in Kilberry in Athy on February 2 after 6pm in which a rifle and shot gun were stolen.
According to gardai both items were locked away in a cabinet however raiders managed to break open the lock.
Gardai are appealing for any witnesses to the raid. Contact gardai on 045 527730 with any information.
