Gardaí arrested a man at a Naas residential estate.
The man, County Mayo, was arrested for a breach of the Public Order Act after failing to leave the area when directed to do so.
The gardai said the incident arose from a domestic dispute an hour earlier.
He was arrested at around midnight on March 28.
