Lawlor's Hotel, Naas
A man who allegedly caused €1,000 worth of damage at a Naas Hotel was prosecuted at the local District Court on March 9.
Carl Victory, 35, whose address was given as 68 Rathvilly Park, Finglas, was prosecuted for criminal damage at Lawlor’s Hotel on May 5, 2019.
Sgt Jim Kelly said it would be claimed that damage was caused to a room.
Defending solicitor David Powderly pointed out that the case is now almost three years old.
Judge Desmond Zaidan granted free legal aid and adjourned the matter to July 6.
