Permission for new mini housing estate granted by Kildare County Council

Kildare County Council has granted planning permission for a development of 11 new homes in Ballymore Eustace.

The project, earmarked for the Oliver Plunkett Road in the village, has an estimated construction value of €1.7m.

Approval has also been given for the demolition of a derelict shed on the site, according to database, BuildingInfo.

The dwellings will consist of:

  • Two semi-detached bungalows
  • Two two-storey semi-detached houses
  • Three two-storey detached houses
  • Two two-storey blocks containing two apartment units each.

The development also includes connection to water and sewerage networks and associated siteworks.
