A man accused of committing an assault that allegedly resulted in the injured party sustaining a fractured jaw has had his case sent forward to Naas Circuit Criminal Court.

It was heard on a previous court date that Lee Byrne, with an address listed as 30 Broadfield Close, Rathcoole, Dublin 24, was accused of punching another person at the Sallins Road in Naas on October 6, 2021, which allegedly caused them to fracture their jaw.
