Planning permission documents lodged with Kildare County Council (KCC) show that new apartments and a crèche have been proposed for Naas.
The development, which has been proposed by Little Harvard Crèche, consent is also being sought for the construction of five apartments, consisting of one three-bed apartment, one one-bed apartment and three two-bed apartments.
This would also include car parking, bin storage, bicycle parking and open space with connection to the public sewer, surface water and water main.
Permission is also being sought for the construction of a crèche with 10 classrooms, staff room, a kitchen, a lift, a plant room, offices, toilets, a foyer and a storage room at Castle Farm, Jigginstown in Naas.
The date received is listed as December 1 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as January 4, 2023 and February 3, 2023.
According to its website, Little Harvard is based across 12 locations in Ireland.
Some of these locations include Leixlip, Maynooth, and three branches in Rathfarnham in County Dublin.
