BREAKING: Electric Picnic announce exciting acts and information on ticket sales

Electric Picnic has made Christmas for many young Irish fans with a huge announcement today of two huge acts and a ticket sale.

"Christmas has come early! Set those alarms! Last remaining tickets go on sale 10am this Friday, 9th December"

They announced it on social media, with photos of two previous hugely successful performers on the EP main stage, Billy Eilish and Lewis Capaldi.

More line-up announcements are also made including 80s icon Rick Astley. More images below.

In a change to the way Electric Picnic announce acts, Festival Republic has included what day some of the performers will play, with Capaldi to headline Saturday night, and Billy Eilish will headline on Friday.

The line-up announced this Monday, December 5 also includes Tom Odell, Jamie XX, Niall Horan, Steve Lacey, Idles, Amyl & the Sniffers and Fred Again.

Electric Picnic 2023 will take place from September 1 to 3, returning to its home in the Cosby family's estate in Stradbally, Laois.
