Irish Water is currently carrying out repairs to a burst water main near Naas and Sallins.
The repairs are underway at Kerdiffstown, which is also affecting surrounding areas, Kildare FM radio has reported.
Works are scheduled to take place until 7pm this evening.
As a result, supply may be disrupted.
Irish Water said that it recommends residents allow 2-3 hours after the estimated restoration time for their supply to fully return to normal.
