A new residential unit has been proposed for Naas.
Planning permission documents lodged with Kildare County Council show that Fairgreen Properties Limited is seeking consent for the change of use of the existing building at Millbrook, Naas, to residential use, as constructed.
Permission is also being sought for all associated site works.
In the documents, it is noted that the development 'is within the curtilage of a Protected Structure (NS 19-037).'
The date received is listed as December 15 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as January 27 and February 17 respectively.
The capital market website vision-net.ie shows that Fairgreen Properties Ltd was set up in 2015.
Fairgreen Properties Ltd has an address listed as 8 Castle Street, Bray in County Wicklow.
