Kildare Gardaí caught woman doing shocking thing in car
Big fine issued in Naas
Kildare Gardaí stopped a female motorist as she passed through Naas town centre in Kildare recently.
Gardaí said the driver was taking part in a video call while passing traffic and pedestrians.
A statement said: "The driver was observed holding her phone, taking part in a video call while navigating traffic and school children at rush hour.
"A Fixed Charge Penalty Notice of €120 was issued."
"This will result in a return appointment to Naas Court if the ticket is not paid."
Three Penalty Points will also be added to the driver's licence.
