Kildare lad in Spain confuses locals with his tin whistle
14:30 Thursday 20th of April 2017

A musician from Co Kildare got funny looks from angry locals in Spain when he took out his tin whistle and started playing it.

Brian Crehan from Donadea is wearing a Clare GAA jersey because he learned to play music in the Banner County.

Brian said: "I'm off touring in Spain at the moment playing music.

"I stumbled across this massive Spanish nationalist protest today to call a general election.

"Loads of police around and the protesters were blowing these whistle yokes.

"So I took out the tin whistle and showed them what a real whistle sounds like, haha."
