Nine patients are being treated on trolleys at Naas Hospital today. This is the second lowest overcrowding figure at any public hospital in the eastern region.

St James's Hospital as seven patients on trolleys and the overcrowding figure for the Mater Hospital in Dublin city is 31.

There are 10 patients on trolleys at Portlaoise Hospital and the figure for Tullamore is 18.
