Gardaí in Naas arrested a man who was "highly aggressive and intoxicated."
They arrived at an address at Friary Gate in the town on October 28 half an hour after midnight.
A member of the public reported that a male was causing a disturbance.
The arrested man is 43 and from the Naas area.
