Naas Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Officer to join its team.

The position is a part-time one-year contract for 14 hours per week from 12-4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 12-3pm on Friday and Saturdays.

The Member Service Officer will be accountable to the management of the credit union for carrying out a range of administrative and operational activities that contribute to the effective running of the credit union.

Candidates must be available for an immediate start.

The closing date for applications is close of business today.

The candidate must be a warm, professional and friendly face that meets members every day and has excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

The main duties will be dealing with member services transactions such as lodgements and withdrawals as required. The person will also be dealing with member queries on any Credit Union related matter.

Applicants should have a minimum of 6 months working in a team environment and have the ability to perform under pressure and work on own initiative.
