Urgent Kildare Garda appeal after woman struck by passing car

Kildare Gardaí have issued a public appeal for information after a woman was struck by a passing car. 
The incident took place at Derrymullen near Robertstown, Kildare on Sunday morning last. 
Gardaí  are seeking witnesses, CCTV or dashcam footage in relation to the incident on the R415 between 10.30am and 11.30am on Sunday.
It’s understood that a a female pedestrian aged in her 40s was struck by a passing car on this stretch of road.
Gardaí are particularly interested in the movements of a navy-coloured Mazda 6 with a possible 07 registration.
This vehicle was travelling from Allenwood towards the Traveller's Rest pub at around 11am on Sunday morning.
Gardaí added: "If you can help, please contact Naas Garda Station on 045 884301."
