Planning permission has been granted by Kildare County Council to Eugene Brennan for a €1m, two home development at Stephenstown North, Two Mile House, Naas W91 FAE0, Co Kildare.
A decision to grant planning permission was issued by Kildare County Council on February 4 2025 to Mr Brennan for a) the construction of two two-storey detached houses (with a floor area per house of 255 m²); b) the construction of a recessed shared vehicular access to serve the two dwellings.

According to Construction Information Services (CIS), the development includes all associated site development works including connection to existing services, boundary treatments, landscaping etc.
The application for the development was made July 16 2024, and the assigned architects are O'Flynn Architects.
